Malleswaram Social hosted a talk by Citizens for Sustainability (CiFoS), highlighting successful efforts in Sanjaynagar to improve conditions for street vendors through identity cards, cleaner vending zones, and better sanitation. The session encouraged dialogue on creating more inclusive and well-managed public spaces.

Talk by Sensing Local on Understanding Solid Waste Management

Sensing Local conducted a presentation on solid waste management, offering an overview of how waste is collected, distributed, and segregated across Bengaluru. The session highlighted the challenges within the city's waste management system and identified areas where interventions were needed, providing residents with valuable insights into the complexities of urban waste management and opportunities for improvement.


Talk by Students of SJB School of Architecture and Planning on Planning a Public Park 
Malleswaram Social hosted students from SJB School of Architecture and Planning, who shared their experience of independently designing and creating a small public park near the National College Metro Station. The talk celebrated student-led initiatives and explored the role of design in creating meaningful public spaces.


Workshop by VFC India on RTI
In collaboration with VFC India and RTI Revolution, Malleswaram Social organised a workshop on the Right to Information (RTI), equipping citizens with the knowledge and tools to seek government information and monitor public works through the RTI Act.
